- The main part of the course is the treatment of Lie groups, Lie algebras and their representation theory
- SU(2) and SU(3) and their representations are discussed in detail
- Poincare group and Lorentz group and their representations
- Heisenberg group and its representations.
Applications
- Throughout the course we will discuss specific applications of Lie groups to particle physics.
